May the grace and peace of our Lord Jesus Christ, the love of God, and the fellowship
of the Holy Spirit be with you now and forever. Whether you are a member, a regular
attendee, or a first-time visitor, we are blessed to have you with us.
What a wonderful Festive Pot-luck Meal last Sunday evening. It was great to see so
many members of our parish family come together and celebrate our mutual call to walk
in love. I’m so grateful for our “table captains,” our greeters, our nursery care
volunteers, our silent auction coordinators, and the many other people who made the
evening so special!
Today we commission our 2019 Vestry. At each service, we will bless the members of
this servant-leader ministry. The members of our Vestry will help us to fulfill the mission
God has blessed us with and realize our vision as a spiritual leader in our ever-changing
community. Our 2019 Vestry members are: Ron Backer, Deborah Cartwright-Clough,
Craig Dickmann, Jim Garner, Elizabeth George, Bob Helander, Patricia Kollander, Drew
McAllister, John Putnam (Sr. Warden), Roy Simon (Jr. Warden), Jane Van Gigch, and
Phil Wotton.
Finally, we remind you to make your pledge to support the ministry of St. Paul’s for
2019. Your faithfulness and sacrificial giving makes the transformational work of our
congregation possible.
