In Austin Texas, the General Convention is in full swing. You may see the Episcopal Church in the news. On Sunday morning, July 8th, the Bishops United Against Gun Violence will march through the streets of Austin at 9:30am – prime church time. At noon, there will be a prayer vigil of convention attendees at the Detention Center in Taylor, Texas. Of the three Episcopal Conversations (TEC), one remains this week. It will be streamed live and remember – the times are noted as Central Time.
