Mrs. Kathleen Yates – has worked with the pre-k 4 year olds since 1999. “Three of my four children attended St Paul’s. I feel that it was the best pre-school experience they could have had.” Mrs Yates loves creating the art projects and is full of wonderful ideas! She also is full of LOVE.
Mrs. Morgan Miller – teaches our VPK A class for 4 yr. olds and has brought her teaching experience and energy to St. Paul’s Day School for 4 years. Recently married, Mrs. Miller has also earned her Masters degree in Early Childhood Education from Liberty University this year. Why did she choose Early Childhood Ed? “It’s because of my passion for children – this is where we make an impact on their futures!”
Miss Gracie Aho – joined us as a second teacher in our 3 year old class in January 2017! She is taking over as lead teacher for the 2017-2018 school year. She has worked with children and families in home and school settings for the past 4 years, specializing in populations with emotional and behavioral challenges. Having graduated college from Florida Atlantic University with her Bachelors in Psychology in 2013, Miss Aho is excited to apply her knowledge and work world experiences in a setting like St Paul’s. She looks forward to facilitating an exciting environment for children to learn through play, hands on projects, music, arts and spiritual enrichment.
Mrs. Nonette Orne – is working as an assistant teacher with children in the 3 year old class with Ms. Aho. A mother of 3 and wife living with her family in Delray Beach for about 18 years, she’s been working with children since the age of 16. “Being with children is my passion and my priority.” Nonette graduated in 1988 from “Ecole Normale “ in her country Haiti as a teacher, then went to PBSC for child care education. She is a very patient, loyal Christian who treats each child as an individual.
Mrs. Liz Ryan, Director – has worked with young children since 1993 and was a teacher and director at the preschool at her parish in Coral Springs, FL before moving to Illinois in 2001. There she was director of all the children and youth programming at her parish. She feels blessed to be back in South Florida and back to her roots with the preschool-aged children here at St. Paul’s Day School and knew it was the right place to be from the very start! With the retirement of beloved director Patti Daniell, Liz becomes the third director in the school’s 54 year history! “This is a very special place! Children know they are loved and valued the minute they walk through the door!”
