YOU ARE ST. PAUL’S!

Dear Members and Friends of St. Paul’s,

The beginning of a new year is a wonderful opportunity for us to take personal inventory, to resolve to make healthy changes and to give thanks for our many blessings.  As we begin this New Year 2018, we can all count our spiritual family of St. Paul’s as one of our great blessings.

Each of you is a part of that blessing!  Your story is a unique part of the story of St. Paul’s.  You bless so many people through your financial support of St. Paul’s and through your active participation in our common life.

On behalf of the many people whose lives are transformed through the ministry of St. Paul’s, we thank you!

We have so much to celebrate as a parish family, especially the new ways we were blessed in 2017.  We were blessed to welcome The Rev. Helen Trainor as our new Vocational Deacon.  We were blessed to welcome Dr. Paul Cienniwa as our new Director of Music Ministry.  We were blessed to welcome the ministry of Liz Ryan as our new Children’s Faith Formation Coordinator.  We were blessed to create a Youth Choir.  We were blessed to form new teams for our Youth Ministry and Church School.

In these and so many other ways, we have been blessed.  We know that God has many blessings and many plans in store for us in 2018!

As you prayerfully consider your financial support of St. Paul’s through your 2018 pledge, we invite you to take a leap of faith in being generous with the work of God.  As St. Paul’s Second Letter to the Corinthians reminds us, “Whoever sows generously will also reap generously.” [2 Cor. 9:6]  For your convenience, we have enclosed a 2018 pledge card and return envelope.  We ask that you please make your pledge between now and the weekend of January 27 & 28.  We invite you to join us for our Annual Parish Meeting on Sunday morning, January 28 at 9:00 am and we hope that you will be a part of our Annual Festive Meal that night beginning at 5:00 pm.

You are a blessing.

You make a tremendous difference.

YOU ARE ST. PAUL’S!

Sincerely in Christ,

Rev. Paul Kane, Rector      Lorraine Sciara-Kelley, Senior Warden      George Daniell, Junior Warden
