What is going on with the property next door? That’s a question many, if not all of you have asked for a long while. We now have the opportunity to learn the answers that will be provided directly by the owner and developer of the property, Steven Michael. Mr. Michael, a 15 year resident of Delray Beach, has volunteered to meet with our vestry and our congregation. He will offer a presentation so that all of you may meet, hear and see directly the plans for what is an inspiring development of our neighboring property on the north side of St. Paul’s. Eight of the historic homes will be renovated and returned to their former beauty. Mr. Steven Michael of Hudson Holdings will share with us the proposals, facts and proposed schedule for this $180 million dollar development.
