St Francis said, “For it is in giving that we receive!!” A regular yoga practice ‘keeps on giving’ many benefits such as: improves muscles strength and flexibility, releases tension, protects your spine, betters your bone health, keeps heart healthy, drops blood pressure, regulates adrenal glands, boosts mood, improves focus, calms and energizes, improves balance, maintains your nervous system, improves sleep, peace of mind, eases pain, gain inner strength, and so much more. At St Paul’s we practice yoga from a Christian perspective, inviting the word of god to guide every breath and movement, opening our hearts to the stirrings of the Spirit within. Please join us!
